Our manufacturing facilities focus on continual improvement in technology in order to improve the cost competitiveness of our products as well as to deliver the best quality products to our customers at the shortest time. We work continuously towards upgrading our facilities in order to improve the life of our plants and assets, as well as to improve capacities in order to move in line with market demands.
We have three manufacturing locations across Western India that are equipped with contemporary technologies and sound infrastructure. The manufacturing operations are complimented by a sound Quality Assurance System as well as well-defined EHS System that ensure right quality and quantity of the products while fulfilling our responsibility and commitment towards environment protection. The ISO 9001:2015 certification for all our plants testifies our commitment towards quality. Also, our active forays into sustainability initiatives and EHS practices have earned us the ISO 14001:2015 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007 certificate by TUV Nord, Germany.
It houses the manufacturing base for Sodium Hydrosulphite (Zinc Process), Sodium Formaldehyde Sulphoxylate (Safolite™), Zinc Formaldehyde Sulphoxylate (Safolin™), Zinc Derivatives and Sulphur Dioxide.
We have our Sodium Hydrosulphite (Sodium Formate) and Zinc Oxide plants housed at this location. We also have captive production of Sulphur Dioxide and Sodium Metabisulphite at this location. As an endeavour towards consolidation of our manufacturing locations, in due course of time our current plants at Atladra would also be shifted to this location. We have already initiated this process, and is expected to be completed by end of Y 2019.
The manufacturing base for Zinc Dust, which is one of our key raw materials as well as a key finished product is located here. Our plant is equipped with High Velocity Air Atomization Technology which facilitates production of High Quality Zinc Dust with high metallic content and low impurity profile. This facilitates our product to be well suited for Marine and Industrial Coatings, as it provides higher corrosion protection as well as better environmental compliance due to presence of low carcinogenic impurities.
